Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG

We love this particular Holiday Inn! The staff, the room, the snack area, everything is perfect. We had a burger in the bar, where other guests were telling us we needed to get the pizza, we needed to get the steak, etc, telling us you couldn't go wrong with anything you ordered. They were right! Our burger and fries were very good, the server was excellent and friendly. Our room was warm and welcoming with every amenity we might possibly need. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic. The price was very reasonable and the location worked well for our trip. It was about a 14 minute drive to the Huntington Convention Center, which was convenient for us. Cleveland Clinic is right next door, and the area felt quite safe. The hotel itself was comfortable and easy to navigate. Breakfast is available for about $15 per person, and kids under 12 eat free, which is great for families. The coffee was surprisingly very good. Grab and go cafe option is also available. Indoor pool, fitness center, and laundry room completes the amenities. We used valet parking during our stay, which was $25 per day and very convenient. Overall, a solid option if you need to stay near Cleveland Clinic or want a reasonably priced hotel with easy access to downtown Cleveland.

It was so convenient to stay within walking distance of my father while he was at the Clinic. They also have a shuttle. Everyone was kind helpful and knowledgeable. The valet team couldn't have been nicer!

Great place, wonderful staff. Great acommadations, wonderful food court. Everything you want for a place to feel like home. Thank you, all of you for making such comfortable stay. My husband is a Cleveland clinic patient. So it's great for us. I love the pool.

Fantastic customer service, very clean, extremely comfortable beds , large spacious rooms, and wonderful hospitality and housing keeping . We have been staying at this Holiday Inn for all my 8 years of visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The patient rates are very reasonable. This hotel is very accessible for individuals who need different accommodations.

Room The heating did not work properly. The coffee maker did not work either. Service The bard tenders are great. They have made my wifes stays through the last 6 monthsmuch better with their comptionate concern and maker her feel at home. Sonia and aJasmin. Have been great for my wifes mental health.

Stayed here while preparing to have bariatric surgery at the Cleveland Clinic. Also Stayed here 3yrs ago when getting my liver transplant at the Cleveland Clinic! Both stays were great!!!! Rooms are always clean, large and comfortable and the staff are always very polite and accommodating!!!! The Cleveland Clinic main hospital is only .20mi away!! There are shuttles that run every 10 to 15mins from the front door of the hotel to the front door of the hospital!! You can use Valet parking, the hospital parking garage or if you're lucky there are 3 Handicap spaces and a few parking spaces on the side road next to the hotel!! That allows you to utilize the door to door shuttle service for your transportation needs which is a tremendous weight off your shoulders!!!! Overall our experience here has been nothing less than perfect!!!! We will always stay at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic when visiting the Cleveland Clinic!!!!

The room we are in has a couple of issues, you can see the splatter grossness in the pics. The service is tip top. All the staff and the valet folks are super nice and efficient. No issues with service at all. Location.... If you're staying because of Cleveland Clinic, it's a great location 1-2 blocks from the main entrance on Euclid. If you wander far from the hotel or the main entrance, it gets pretty seedy pretty dang quick, so drive everywhere. I should mention paying for valet grants you unlimited 24/7 in and out privileges at this location.
